First time on the island—food was beyond expectations! Great portion size and delicious fried shrimp w/my caesar salad :) Thanks must also be given to our incredibly hardworking waitress who was nice enough to chase us around the Grove to give me my bag that I stupidly left at the table. I hate that I don't remember her name but she was a life-saver! Thank you again!
BEST pizza on fire island hands down. It’s worth it to go to cherry grove for this pizza over the pizza in the pines. I love the triple chocolate mousse cake too - v decadent. The grandma sicilian pizza with added onions, spinach, and pepperoni is YUMMYYYY.
The lentil soup is delicious. Meatballs are amazing. Best garlic bread with cheese. Can not wait to try the baked clams
If your at Cherry Grove ocean walk in Fire Island, Cherry Grove Pizza is the place to go. I greeted by the really nice waitress, who had a smile the whole time. She also made sure I got everything I needed and checked up on me to make sure a comfortable amount of times. I asked what she recommended, so I decided to go with the chicken hero. It was delicious, hot sub, 12’ and fulfilling. The cheese was on point and the bread was not hard on the ends and the chicken was perfect as expected. Great cooks. The other waitress was very nice, as I got up from my table she asked if everything was okay and if needed anything. I did not only enjoy my food but the service inside and out was 5star. I love and will definitely go back.
A staple of Cherry Grove food spots. Open late for great pizza and other italian fare. (The spaghetti was exactly what my over-partied body needed!) Our server was super charming and attentive and we appreciate her patience. They even have live music some nights. You must catch Sushi Roll if you can!!
Cash only Cash only Cash only You’d think there would be a sign at the front register about this. Nope. If you’re a tourist you wouldn’t know this. There’s only top and bottom tips (pictured) Decent pie overall. They have an atm somewhere in the back if you don’t have cash.
